Sky genie is an elemental of the high air, a tall shape of wind and cloud with a face that never quite settles. A mage of Reverie casts Summon sky genie, and it pours down out of the Welter to serve.
It flies. It strikes with raw power, then throws lightning from a distance, and its aim is true. Mana keeps it, paid in mana alone. When the mana is withdrawn, it is dismissed and blows away.
The Welter is raw power that can become anything and keep nothing. Reverie cultivators say this shape remembers that better than any other they call. It is always changing a little: a longer arm, a different voice. They say it would rather be anything than stay what it is, and that only the mana holds it to one form.
A mage who has kept one for a long Turning will tell you it is the most restless servant in the Hallow, and the most honest about it.
