Greenmother's Unbinding is a spell of Bloom, the affinity that Virenna, the Greenmother holds, and one of the five oldest spells. It is older than the Scar. It is cast against another kingdom, at vast cost and over many turns. When it lands, it unbinds every enchantment on the target, whoever laid it. Even enchantments marked beyond dispelling come apart.
Its ancient rank does not override the ring. Whoever casts it now casts it from a Seal-shard, under the same access as any spell of Bloom. Whether it can be cast in a round depends on the pinned ruleset. One road to it runs through Unweaving scroll, a relic Tellan, the Keeper of Tallies keeps between Turnings.
Bloom cultivators call Tranquility its younger echo. The younger spell unpicks enchantments, the strongest first. The oldest does not unpick. It unbinds.
