Human drill is the drill of a Human lineage: the calls, the marching and the weapon work that turn ordinary folk into soldiers. The card files it among the lineage's spells, but that is only where the card keeps it. A Human lord cannot cast any spell, and nothing they learn or own changes that.
While it stands, the lord raises their recruits faster. The card shows how much. Every lineage begins its Turning with the drill already in hand. The songs of the lineage carry what the last lords knew, but each new people must still learn it in their own bodies. It asks no mana, no turns and no ally.
