Dazzling allure is a battle spell of Bloom, the affinity that Virenna, the Greenmother holds. For one battle, it gives every elf in the caster's army a beauty that is hard to look away from. The card shows what the gift does in the fighting.
Some already have it. Noble elf and Elf swordsinger carry that beauty by nature, and grove-folk like Oak maiden fight with it too. The spell lends it to every elf in the army for the length of a fight. It does nothing for beasts or treefolk.
The blade-singers are scornful of it. Beauty, they say, is a blade that never needs sharpening, and they were born holding one.
Bloom's neighbours, Pyre and Lumen, can reach the spell, though outside Bloom it costs more and fails more easily. Each side brings only one battle spell to a fight. Like every spell a Sealborn has cast since the Age of the First Sealborn, it lives in the core and is lost at the Unsealing.
